Entisar Aldouais is a creative script writer and director who participated in the Yemeni Film Factory, which was a turning point for her. Entisar talks about how YWT has opened up many doors for her. She was able to benefit from the business side of filmmaking: how to plan and ideate, how to apply for grants, and how to promote herself and her work. As part of her participation, Entisar received a production grant and was able to work on the production of two films as well as writing a script for another. Most importantly, for Entisar, was the opportunity to meet other filmmakers and collaborate with them. She felt a sense of belonging to the community and being part of a creative ecosystem that will ultimately reshape the Yemeni film industry.
